WHAT IS ONLINE PHYSIOTHERAPY AND HOW CAN IT HELP ME?
Staying ahead of the curve
There is now a large growing body of evidence to show that active/exercise rehabilitation is the most effective tool to ensure you become pain free long term "Motion is Lotion".
Although it is nice to get hands on treatment, we know that we can only achieve short term change. We can only achieve long term change when the brain improves how it uses muscles to move via exercise.
There are also studies showing that the ability for a physiotherapist to diagnose a problem online is no different when compared to a face to face consultation.
As a result of this, we feel that it is important that we also offer Online Physiotherapy and allow you to make the choice on the type on consult you have considering the current environment.
WHO CAN THIS SERVICE HELP?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The process and outcome
Once you have made an online physiotherapy appointment, we will send you a health questionnaire to fill out to help get the information we need and understand a little more about you.
We will send you a confirmation booking email which will have the secure video link to access.
The video link can be used on your computer, laptop, tablet and mobile device.
We encourage our clients to set up their room to allow as much space as possible and to wear comfortable clothing to enable freedom of movement.
By the end of the consult you should have:
- Set goals,
- A diagnosis of your problem,
- What the root cause of the problem is,
